There are some points you should know and observe in order to not destroy the experience for you and the other guests. Please note that failure to follow them may mean immediate check-out.

• There is an absolute smoking ban in the academy, on the spaceships and on shore leave, even for e-cigarettes. There is a smoking area on the spaceships and if it is specially noted on shore leave. In case of contravention an extra cleaning fee will be charged according to the effort and you will be checked out immediately.

• Fire is prohibited during the whole stay. You are not allowed to carry any equipment to light a fire, whether matches, gas, electric or any other lighter. Cigarette lighters are available in the smoking areas. If you do not comply, you will be checked out immediately.

• Alcohol is forbidden on the spaceships. You can have non-alcoholic beer for dinner in the mess hall, but alcohol is not available for safety reasons.
  

• The whole experience is based on the fact that you are a cadet on a spaceship. You are given instructions over and over again and you have to carry them out as well as possible. If you don't want to or can't follow orders, you may prefer to book other accommodation.
  

• On the spaceships black clothes are worn under the official uniform. The uniform (jacket) is provided by us. Black (or at least dark, single-coloured) trousers and shirts should be brought by you or can be bought or provided by us for a fee.

• Arrival is only possible on Mondays or Fridays. The exact time for your training, for which you MUST BE THERE IN TIME, you will find out in your travel documents. It will be between 11:00 (eleven o'clock in the morning) and 15:00 (three o'clock in the afternoon).

• Departure is planned for Fridays or Sundays. You will find out the departure time of your shuttle during your stay. It will be between 12:00 and 14:00. Earlier departures are possible, please contact us when making your booking.

• You will be provided with a mobile computer system interface (MoCoSch for short) for the duration of your stay. If you do not return it at check-out, we will charge you 200,-€. This device is necessary to organize your stay, you cannot refuse it.

• You will receive a wristband that cannot be removed during your stay. This is necessary to interact with the spaceship and the MoCoSch. Without this wristband, participation is not possible, so please indicate when making your booking if you are allergic to materials such as plastics or silicone.

• All areas outside of the quarters are video monitored. In addition, your consumption behavior is recorded with the help of the wristband. All data will be anonymized after your departure and only used for internal analysis.
  

• The official ship language is German. We plan to offer other languages on board, but do not know when this will be possible. So if you can't speak and understand German, please book another accommodation until then.
  

• You'll spend all your time aboard the spaceship. Apart from possible shore leave, you will not leave the spaceship during your stay. So don't leave anything important in your car!
